So if you check for a follow begin, follow end and follow begin in less than 2 milliseconds, then ignore the error doesn't work?

I have been trying to avoid timers as much as possible, but yes, this did cross my mind and I'll probably do something along these lines. Kinda holding out on a Blizz fix (which is silly)...

Hi Jafula,

I recently found out about the Jamba trade window where you can load your bags and shift it to your slaves - nice idea and job!!! Really impressive! One suggestion is to make it more clear with what you mean by "load theirs" or "load mine". I'm never sure if that means load my bags or load my trade window.

Thanks! I like the trade feature too. It's always load the trade window, never the bags. "Load mine" loads your trade window with stuff from your bags. "Load theirs" loads their trade window with stuff from their bags.

Have you watched the video?

I have the same problem with the power/mana bars. Always at 100% and no longer reflect true current mana.

Hey Jafula,

I tried using the auto-purchase and was getting strange results. It used to work perfectly for me. This time I added 20 Honeymint Tea to everyone (pushed settings), went to talk to the vendor, and toons would buy like 3 or 4 (they had less than 20 to start with and would end up with 4 or 8 or some random number).

Thanks for the bug reports. I've fixed the issue and you'll get the fix in the next release of Jamba.

Looks like the real id whisper forwarding is working again. I've had a conversation with someone and the whispers forward correctly without any lua errors. Something Blizzard changed in a small patch recently perhaps?

Anyway, if its not working for you, please let me know with the text of the lua error if possible.

Received this error message after accepting quests from Remy "Two Times" in Goldshire. This is with Jamba 0.7c. It happened with both low-level quests this NPC offers.

I can confirm this bug. Only started this past week end though. My latest addon additions are Altoholic and related DataStore items. Will try disabling those and see if the error still occurs

EDIT: Removing Altoholic et al doesn't resolve this, and I now get the failure on entering the world - I was only getting it on update/NPC interaction previously. Error follows:

Does this happen all the time or only with certain messages?

Its all the time, "BUT ONLY" with the Real ID whispers.

When someone whispers one of the slaves and it tries to forward to the master.

The normal whispers *in the pinky type text* all forward correctly, just the Real ID *blue ones* which give that error.

I tried disabling bartender, cause i seen that in the error report, but then i get a Atlasloot error, just like the bartender one.

It goes on like that thru out loads of other ace3 librarys, then eventually im down to nothing, and it does it for the Ace3 library in jamba. Which is why i tought it was an ace3 thing and not a jamba thing.

Its done it ever since the damned patch, i just never noticed cause i dont have many real id friends added, just my brother. maybe blizz changed a hidden something or ace3 changed a lil something in their updates.. im no expert at this stuff.

but if ya need me to do something extra to test soemthing for ya, just yell, its no problem at all.

Remy is really nice to me. I don't get a lua error at all. However, thanks to both of your lua error posts, I can pinpoint where the error happened and I have stuck a fix in that should stop the error from happening.

What I _think_ is happening is that the server is a little slow returning quest information and Jamba has got caught up.

Jamba 0.7d Released.

Changes...

Follow

* New option "Only warn if outside follow range". This is off by default. If it is on and you are in follow range and follow breaks you will not get a warning, so be careful!

Purchase

* Fixed bug where toons were not purchasing the correct amount of items.

Proc

* Fixed bug where you were unable to choose a sound for a proc. You can now choose sounds for procs!

Display Team

* Power bars now update properly.

Its just regular text chit chat from my brother - cause i added him when he changed to horde. before that i never noticed it because i didnt have any real ID people. always hated the concept of someone seeing exactly what char and server i was on.

I'll just reinstall ace3 on its own and see what happens from there.

Jafula,

We love Jamba!,
One quick request though: Are there anyway to condense the quest watcher to something of quest helper style like:

XXXXX Quest: 4/5 || I.e 4 out of 5 members have completed it, then you can choose to expand if you want? or have the option to be collapsed by default.

thanks!

I could add an option so that the quest objectives that show toon progress below them are collapsed by default.

Here is a ticket. I'll see if I can do that for you at some stage.

So, I decided to try the newest version (0.7d) in place of my old one (0.4d) and am having a difficult time figuring out how to change focus targets. I've read through everything I could find and haven't been able to figure out what I need to do. if I manually set the focus target on each of my 4 accounts, everything works fine until I change master. The idea is to have the new master set as the new focus for each through a keybind however there is nothing in my keybinds under Jamba to allow for this.

On http://wow.jafula.com/addons/jamba/jamba-core I find this info:

Jamba cannot automatically change your characters focus for you. But what it can do, is update an internal macro that sets focus; /focus Toonname. If you select this option, when the master changes, Jamba will update this internal macro to /focus the-new-master. To access this macro, you must bind a key (in the wow key bindings under the Jamba heading) to Set Focus. Please note that Jamba cannot update this macro if you change masters while in combat.

but I don't see this. Please tell me what I'm missing.

Thank you

I removed that functionality a long time ago. Basically now, you need to use Jamba-Macro instead. Jamba-Macro is a lot more flexible and lets you do much more than focus. If you cannot work out how to use Jamba-Macro, please ask in this thread.

And sorry, the documentation is way out of date.

Thanks. I read about Jamba-Macro. It sounds very cool but my AHK script and macros are so simple, I'm not sure if I want to go through all the work to switch over to a true FTL setup right now. 0.7d looks amazing though.

i am having a very strange issue. my Quest Watcher goes aways if i relog or /reload ui.

The only way to get it back is to delete everything and log in the game and its there..... until the next time i do /reload or relog :(

i used both versions 0.7c and 0.7d and checked all options to be enabled.

Any idea what might be wrong?

The quest watcher works when you track a quest on a toon. You need to track quests on all toons for the quest watcher to work for all your team.

When you log out / reload ui, sometimes the quests get untracked. Track them again and the quest watcher should come back up.

The default options are pretty good. Try going back to them rather than checking everything...

If you are still having trouble; disable all addons except the Jamba ones and see if the problem goes away.

Hope that helps!

Back to this issue. I've noticed that when my account with RealID friends is the master/main window, everything is fine with RealID whispers. When it is NOT the master account, I get a lua error. I'm not in-game at the moment, so I can't get the exact error, but I'll edit this post and tack it on when I can capture it.

It doesn't look like LibHealComm has been updated for Cataclysm (on curse.com). Are you running it as an out of date addon?

Jafula,

Jamba Proc have been throwing this error.
I've narrowed it down to jamba proc after lots of trial and error and eliminate.

Could you please add a "lock bar" option on the item use bar? So that when its activated new icons can still be placed in it, but nothing can (by mistake) be removed?

Will see what I can do.

-CA

I am working on fxing the real id problem.

would love to see this slash command added:

/jamba-team removeall

for clearing the team list

Will see what I can do.

My apologies then, with my limited LUA knowledge, the only way to debug was to load/unload addon until the error went away.

After googling, according to this ticket on curse forge, lib heal com is no longer needed as of 4.0.1 but apparently it got installed by either grid of shadowed unit frames at one point.

(You have to put a word there, dunno why I chose "send" as the special word.)

You can bind a key through the normal keybindings interface.

Make a new thread if you have suggestions or complaints and maybe I will look at it.

Jafula you can package it up with the rest if you want.

Maybe I should post this somewhere else so people see it.

I'm unable to make the Jamba Quest Watcher visible at all (I assume there should be a visible frame somewhere =P). I've tried disabling other addons and deleting all the Jamba saved variables. Any ideas?

The quest watcher will only show up when you track a quest. You need to track the quest on each toon for it to show on the quest watcher. Hint: you can use the Jamba-Quest window that will make all toons track a quest.

Jafula - Does Jamba have the ability to track Achievements for the group? For example, I'd like to have the ability to track things like Exploration achievements for my whole group in one master window. If Jamba doesn't do this, do you think it might be possible?

It doesn't. It certainly would be possible, but its not a priority for me at the moment (and Jamba development is pretty slow). I'm not sure what else is out there that would work for you. Sorry.

Yes, it didn't come back for 0.5 when I rewrote. I can add it back in for you. What would you like it to do? Edit: I mean, describe to me what you would like to see happening, what do you mean by "guild chat forwarding"?

long:
- I have the toons of my team in 2 guilds (my own (for guildbank) and a Raiding guild
- Currently my TANK and Priest are in Raiding guild. (Priest is my Raiding character.)
- the reason for my TANK to be in the Raiding guild was just to follow /g and /o there. I don't raid on tank.
- I need to remove my TANK, to get own guild XP from instances (4/5 need to be of same guild to get guild xp for instances)
- Will keep Priest in raiding guild (but it is on a slave window, and unreadable in my normal setup.

- I looked at guild2guild addon, which worked for a day, and was broke yesterday after and update :(

TL : DR

- How can I display and respond to /g and /o of my slave on my MAIN = Tank.

Is there any reason to not autosell soulbound weapons and armor that you can't use? (like a wand on a rogue) I added this to DoMerchantSellPoorItems in Jamba-Sell. As you can see the actual selling is commented out, I am still making sure it doesn't sell something important. See any issues with this?

I used to have an addon that would automatically accept quests when I right clicked with a shift click as an override. and only time I would require to actually input any commands was when there was an option to choose a quest reward. I believe it may have been either multiboxer or something equivalent to it.

Would something like this be available in jamba? I find the current quest share / reporting to be kinda buggy.
Being able to simply right click a quest NPC to accept the quest or turn in the quest would be pretty awesome.

Or if the feature cannot be added, is there an addon I can find that does this? I have been looking on curse gaming and i havent been able to find anything as of yet.

Yes, its been in for ages. To replicate what you want, you need these settings.

/jamba-quest

First quest screen (Quest).

"All Auto Select Quests" checked.
"Accept Quests" checked.
"All Auto Accept ANY Quest" checked.
"Hold Shift To Override Auto Select/Auto Complete" checked.

Second quest screen (Quest: Competion).

"Enable Auto Quest Completion" checked.
Under label "Quest Has No Rewards Or One Reward:"
"All Automatically Complete Quest" checked.
Under label "Quest Has More Than One Reward:"
"Toon Must Choose Own Reward" checked.

If you don't care what green equipment the toons get:

Choose "Toon Auto Chooses Best Reward" instead of "Toon Must Choose Own Reward". Jamba will try and get the best green for your character, so you don't have to choose. If the reward is a blue or higher, Jamba will not auto choose and you will have to manually select. Please note the auto chooser can be a bit buggy and get the wrong piece (intellect instead of agility for instance), but as they are greens, it usually doesn't matter when levelling up.

With this setup you just right click NPCs and Jamba does the rest, no need to choose rewards, select quests, etc.

Please note: the new "in the field" quests that came with Cataclysm have not been tested completely, but the majority work fine.

Make sure to push settings to all toons (button at the top on the /jamba-quest screen).

If you find bugs, please tell me so I can fix them... I haven't been able to play much recently, but if you folk tell me about them, next time I get a spare moment to work on Jamba I can fix them.

Anyway, I hope Jamba does what you want and happy questing.

I have screwed up your wonderful addon somehow.

The interface window that comes up from /jamba is too large to fit on my screen to see all the options.

I don't know how I resized this window? or if it is a conflict with another addon.

I've tried deleting all the saved data and uninstalling.

I've tried different screen resolutions, the Jamba window scales with the changes. Still too large.

I've tried tinkering around with ui scale.

I can move the window to the upper left corner.
/jamba
/run JambaSettingsWindowsFrame:SetPoint("TOPLEFT", 0, 0)

But still it's larger than the viewport.

Ideas?

Hmmm, not seen that before, try:

/run JambaSettingsWindowsFrame:SetScale(1.0)

(You change the number 1.0 to other values to scale appropriately, try 0.5 for 1/2 the current scale.)

Please let me know if the problem keeps occuring!

@ Jafula:

I tried guild2guild, but they changed it now so that the associated guilds NEED to be in the ingame guild info. -> crap (or me needing to modify the code of guild to guild)
I decided to move my toons into the raid guild, thats fine as well.

so don't worry about the guild chat forwarding.

thanks and keep up the good work.

Weirdness with Jamba -- last night I install it, and via isboxer, everything works fine, 2 Dwarf Shaman make level 5 quickly. Log off for bed, log on for some quick pre-work leveling, and when I invite, 2nd toon auto-leaves group. I've reset all the communication stuff (put them into their own channel and all) and tried all the reboots, resets, etc. This happens when I use either toon to invite. It's driving me up the wall since it worked fine last night.

1. Make sure you are using Jamba's invite. ISBoxer has its own invite system (use one or the other).
2. Make sure both toons are in the team list (and the team list is the same on both toons).
3. Some addons interfere with the invite functionality. Try disabling all other addons and see if the invite works.

Hope that helps some.

Does the add-on seem finicky to anyone else? Out of the box none of the auto quest completion or sharing worked, so I set it All Auto Accept for all the quest related settings, which helped for a couple quests, but now none of it is working again.

Is 0.7d just buggy?

The configuration is a bit to get your head around. Make sure that:

1) All toons are in the team list and all toons have exactly the same team list.
2) After you change the quest settings, you need to push those settings to the other toons, all toons need to have exactly the same settings for Jamba to work correctly.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish, I can help you out with the settings...

Some known issues:

Some of the new cataclysm stuff doesn't work, like the new "in the field" quests, but I'm fixing that over the next few days. Also, all quests prior to level 5 are automatically accepted by WoW, but it still leaves the dialog up, which is annoying.

Both 1 and 2 have been done, and these are not "in the field" quests.

All 3 are standing next to the quest giver, I turn it it on the main, and nothing happens on the slaves. I even made sure to change the chat channel on all 3 , and made sure to form the group with /jamba-group invite.

If I do click the dude on one of the slaves, it clicks through the menus and turns everything in just fine. But the first click I still have to alt-tab around to do.

You have to open the quest giver's dialog on all toons first. Then you do the action on the main and the slaves follow.

(Addons cannot start NPC interactions.)

If you get your slaves to /assist your main and then use the "Interact with target" keybinding, you can open the quest giver's dialog from your main (I'm assuming that you are using a key broadcaster).

Have a look at the quests section of Khatovar's excellent Jamba post:

Kinda lame that they would provide a "interact" keybinding, but not allow add-ons to do it.

I'm using Jambda 0.7d, huge fan of the program.

My current issue is Jamba-Quest. Two of my three slaves will notify the master perfectly and without fail when they have accepted a new quest. The third slave doesn't send any notifcation at all. The third slave will accept the quest, but I don't receive the notification on the master.

I've check and double-checked the settings on that toon, and I don't see any difference betwen that third slave and the others.

Any help? I'm looking at the Jamba-Quest section of the addon, but is there somewhere else I should be focusing?

Thanks!

Jamba-Quest has a message area. Make sure the message area on all toons is the same. Do you know about the "push settings" buttons? Clicking those will push the settings to all your other toons. That way you don't have to change settings on each toon individually.

If you are happy with the settings on one toon, I would go into the /jamba -> Jamba configuration and click the button that pushes all the settings for all modules. That way you can be sure all your toons have the same settings.

Hope that helps some, and if it doesn't, please post here and we'll see what else we can try.

Jafula, I love the addon.

I am having an issue with a new team.

I have the team setup in Team:core, with the master set, and that master should change with window swap.

The Jamba party bar ( the one that lists the party) only stays on the master I set in Jamba, but does not switch on window swap.

I have the option checked to swap master on change. I also have triple checked to make sure that all the toons are on the same jamba communications chat channel. When I push a change all the slaves get the update.

I am sure there is something checked somewhere that is causing it, but I cannot find it.

Push the settings *for all modules* did the trick I knew about the other push settings button, but that "master override" push settings appears to have worked. Thanks!

Since I leveled to 85 already, I don't have a vested interest in this getting fixed, but here's my contribution since I used it. At a minimum maybe it can help someone else:

1. When i enable jamba-quest, a big window appears in the center of the screen that I cannot move. Since I needed it, I just edited the wtf file and moved it to the upper right corner. Since I finished leveling, I have just turned it off.
2. Occasionally (very rarely) the quest tracking for who has how many of what gets out of sync. Recently I was running a quest in twilight highlands for 30 minutes before I realized that everyone had been done collecting for a while.
3. It may be that my data is stale (from older Jamba), but when I went to add the 5th to the team (old team already existed-1), I'd add the name and click the button, but nothing happened. I ended up playing the entire time with 4 synced in Jamba and 1 partially synced (new member still had the master).

P.

The team display will swap with the master change, and I don't think there is an option to not do that. I assume you have "on master only" checked. Make sure your master is changing correctly.

Jamba will not change master unless you tell it. The way you tell Jamba to swap master is to issue this command on the toon that you want to be the master:

/jamba-team iammaster all

Some boxing software does this for you automatically and I think this is what you are having problems with. You need to set up macros to issue the swap command or ask your boxing software supplier for support.

I should be able to help you if you use HotKeyNet or ISBoxer as I have experience with those.

Thanks for your feedback, it's appreciated.

1. There is an option in /jamba-quest which allows you to move the window.
2. Not sure I can do anything about that given its very rarely. I hope the update button helped you.
3. Several others have reported this problem (it only came to my attention yesterday), so I think it might be a bug, will be having a look at it today.

Edit: Looks like switching off "Auto Follow after combat" fixed the issue. I think both ISBoxer and Jamba were doing it after combat which was causing the error.

Hello.
I stopped multiboxing back when jamba was getting its footing and now that I'm back I decided to get ISBoxer and Jamba going since they seem like the simplest solutions for getting a team up and running.

Everything was working fine during getting everything set up but when it came time to go out and do some fighting I keep getting the following error popping up at the end of every fight but only to 2 of my characters (one of which is running nothing other than ISBoxer, Jamba, Xperl & DeadlyBossMods).

Needless to say, its making it almost impossible to do this.

You should be able to play with "Auto follow after combat" on. Just tested it, and it still works. Make sure you are using 0.7d.

ISBoxer does not do auto follow after combat, only Jamba. It looks like Jamba is looking for the name of one of your toons and cannot find it. Have you set up your master and team correctly?

Your toons names are just made up of numbers are they?

Jafula,

Found the problem. I had not configured ISboxer correctly. What I did was instead of running the wizard, I copied an existing team and changed the players. I wanted to keep my regions and other setting in the new team, and only really change out one character.

The problem was in the character switch just like you said. I had defined a key to switch the characters, but the do mapped key was unchecked. I checked the box for do mapped key, then control, jamba master.

Thanks again for a wonderful addon, that makes 5 boxing such a joy.

Hi guys, I installed LUI and my Jamba stopped working :( Damn!! Here's the post I submitted to LUI forum that refers the issue:

First, thanks for this awesome UI. I've never seen something so close to what it should be. Very good!
Now, I installed LUI and spent some time configurating and learning how things work, then I went to the field to test it out with 2 of my chars. I'm multiboxing so Jamba is my absolute priority addon. It makes MBxers life so much easier.

The problem is: Jamba has a feature that changes Party Leader when changing master toon (/jamba-team iammaster all). This stopped working. I think, for some reason, LUI is preventing Jamba to contact the other clients so all the orders sent by Master are not received by the Slaves. It can't even Push Settings.

I'm posting this issue to Jamba forum aswell and I hope to see if there's some workaround or fix to this problem.
[...]

Thanks a lot for some your feedback you may give to this./hug

Found a solution for the problem above (LUI+Jamba):

Open the <WoW Directory>/Interface/AddOns/LUI/LUI.xml file and remove the line containing:

Can someone else confirm whether goblin quests on the starter isle of Kezan work at all for you? I could not get Jamba to accept the master's quests at all there and had a bunch of issues getting it to complete some of them too. I just got off of Kezan to the level 6 area on Shipwreck Shore and the quests here seem to accept OK, so hopefully it was just Kezan.

Blizzard changed wow ages ago so that the game (not Jamba) automatically accepts quests and leaves the dialog up for quests under level 5 (or in the starting areas). It leaves the dialog up so you can read the quest text. I haven't changed Jamba to deal with this yet.

Edit: Some of the quests also might be the new in the field quests and I've only just added the new in the field complete quest mirroring into my development build.

Jafula

Changes in 0.7e

Quest

* Mirroring now works for the new complete quest button in the quest log and also for the "in the field" complete quest button found in the Objective Tracker as well.
* Now mirrors accept quest for quests that have been auto accepted by the game (commonly found in newbie areas < level 6).

Quest Watcher

* Will now display new "in the field" complete quest and quest offer buttons (these are similar to the buttons found in the objectives tracker).
* Objective headers now collapse when a new quest is tracked (there is currently no option to change this).

Talk

* Now able to forward via both real whispers and fake whispers.
* Fake whispers have option to add sender/forwarded to the reply queue on the master. Yay!
* New option to choose which chat window the fake whispers are sent to.
* Fixed a lua error with RealID messages.

Follow

* Made /jamba-follow snw smarter. Now it will suppress any follow warning that happens immediately after it. Precede the /jamba-follow snw command before any /follow command to get warningless refollows.

ISBoxer users - I recommend you change the "FTL follow me" macro to:

/jamba-follow snw
/follow {FTL}

Team

* New slash command /jamba-team removeall which will removeall all team members except for the current toon.

Taxi

* Fixed an error where the unable to fly message was causing a lua error.

Trade

* Fixed a small error when 0 money was being withdrawn from the guild bank.

Macro

* Can now build macros when not in a party or raid (playing solo).

Just did the goblin starter area with 0.7e. Went fine, the changes I made to Jamba remove the quest dialog on the slave toons (even though the quest has been accepted already). Also the quest complete button that appears when you have bombed the "opposition football team" mirrors correctly. Should be all good now.

Hey Jafula :)

I've been pretty quiet for lasts months but I'm finally catching up with the French translation ;)

I've uploaded my translated version of Jamba here: http://dl.free.fr/beqfSF6kF

I've encountered a small issue though. As the screenshot below shows, two tabs of the configuration window still display content in English although I double checked I did the translation in the jamba-quest module. I obviously did something wrong but I'm lamentably failing to pin my mistake down. Hope you can find out what's wrong there.

I used quest watcher on my main only pre-.7e. Now, every team, every char doesn't show any quests in quest watcher. They show tracked in Blizzards quest tracker. No settings were changed. I tried with all options turned off except "Enable team quest watcher" and "Show quest watcher" and still nothing. Any suggestions? Again, it worked 100% pre-.7e.

If I roll back to .7d on my main only, my main's quests show up in quest watcher, but the alts don't. If I roll back on everyone, everyone's shows. Did I miss a setting that changed, or did anyone else have an issue or only me?

I don't think settings changed very much. I certainly don't have an issue. Perhaps try pushing all the module settings from one to to the others (use the push all modules button under Jamba->Jamba) so you are sure they are all in sync.

First thanks again for a perfect Multiboxsolution like Jamba. And sorry for my bad English
And thanks for the way to "communicate" with Jamba...ive messed around with it and my Gameprogress is really loooow since Jamba-Api is born.

There are two Main-Tasks for every Multiboxer; How to steer my Team and how to Aim with them...and its not hard to Know how, but how to use the Physics and the Philosophie of FTL wih elegancehttp://www.dual-boxing.com/images/smilies/cool.gif

For everything else..all this little Itchi-and scratchy like Questprogressing, Macrosharing, Tradingstuff, Whisperforwarding or anything else...all becomes really tasty with Jamba.

But my Question is...what about Jamba-Target?

Ive more than 100 Addons (mostly small and simple and with Libs, not every addon is Permanent active...http://www.dual-boxing.com/images/smilies/wink.gif) but no one helps really in Multitargetmanaging....exept the GPC-IngameMod with some small modifications.

Now im progressing on a Active-Target-Management-System with "Splitting" my Team into a really fast switchable and Rolebased system, my Opinion is to got a Global solution for Targetmanaging.

Hard to explain, like FTL, it needs to "free your Mind", and my Progressing on it is nearly 50%....now i need a Visual-Design and im not a Designer....but let me show a Screenshot, it may be easyer to explain..

294

The Concept is targetsharing- assistment without a fixed Target, its nearly Irrelevant who is targetting who, every Teammember share the same Targetlist and may automatically Switch into another Assistmentrole if another member becomes Unavailable (Dead,Offline,Sheeped,Controlled...)

...i think i start a new Thread...

I was helping a friend to set up his home wireless network the other day, so there was a button on his wireless access point you had to press in order to easily add a new computer to the network and this gave me an idea for Jamba about a problem that has been raised quite often recently.

Let's suppose you want to create a new team from scratch. I thought it would be nice if you could do the following :
- add all your toon into the same party/raid
- configure Jamba to fit your needs on your master toon
- open jamba settings on all toons (/jamba)
- on all slaves, press a "accept a new master" button, a 60s counter starts
- on the master screen, press a "send an allegiance request"
- new teams is formed. Also Jamba automatically pushes settings from the master to all new slaves.

Icing on the cake : implement two new key bindings so one can create new teams within seconds :) (which happens often when you're boosting toons during RAF period). One key bind would have to be set on the master account, the other on the slaves accounts. That way you could group toons, press let's say ctrl+shift+a, then press ctrl+shift+s and voila your new team is ready to be rushed through dungeons with your favorite boosting toon.

Thoughts ?

From here (http://www.dual-boxing.com/showthread.php?t=28573)

Now what?

The first thing you will want to do is set up your team or group.
Invite all of your toons to a party.
On every toon enter "/jamba-team addparty" in your chat box.
On every toon enter "/jamba-team" in your chat box.

You should now have the Jamba "Core: Team" window open. It should now show your whole party in the Team List.

What's this "Master Slave" stuff? Everyone says that they are the Master and everyone else is a Slave.

You will need to pick your main toon. This is the toon that you are focusing on as you play.
In the chat box on your main enter "/jamba-team master <name> all", where <name> is the name of your main toon.
All of your toons should now show your main as the master and everyone else as a slave.

Congratulations, your team is set up, you can now make all the changes you want to Jamba from your main toon and "push" them to the rest of your team.

What do you mean "push"?

Whenever you make a change in your Jamba settings on your main, you can use the "Push Settings" button in each section of Jamba to force your slaves to copy them from your master. This means you only ever have to make changes on your main, your slaves will automatically update their settings to match your master's settings whenever you click that button.

There are 2 places to find the Push buttons. The first is on the Jamba main window. Sending the command from this button will update all of your settings. The second is on each individual subsection of the Jamba GUI. Sending the command from this button will only update that single area.

I already know this ;) The idea was merely to simplify the process by removing the need to type commands you have to figure out first and combine multiple steps (you're guaranteed to systematically do each time) into basically one self-explanatory action : push a button. Maybe it could help new users too by making this more accessible.

I know how bad I am at using commands. Most of the time, I forget about them and only realize too late I could have used a command line. If I somehow think of using a command, I have first to google for a guide and skim through it until I find what I'm looking for. Lame I know :D Not saying these commands are useless of course, I use many of them all the time in macros mainly.

Well I'm not sure whether you're being sarcastic or not but just in case : Jamba basically is an assistant (that's what the last 'a' in 'Jamba' stands for) or more exactly a swiss army knife combining a plethora of assistants for all sort of things ingame. So I think throwing out ideas to improve the assisted configuration of the assistant can't be wrong :p Anyway I'm not claiming my idea in itself is so good. Maybe it'll give Jafula more (and better) ideas to improve the addon.
