However as far as I know there's no reduction in rep gained for doing lots of missions with the same agent in a row. However it's quite possible to get a bunch of missions in a row that have low rep gains as each mission has different rewards. However AFAIK the rewards scale consistently so a mission with an ISK reward higher than another should also have a better rep gain than the other. Might be better to say that each mission has a multilpier to the standard reward for a mission.
I found the "transactions" portion of my agent last night. Looks like the % gains were pretty much the same the whole time I was questing, but it is just going much slower at 3.0 than it was up to 2.95. Not really sure why this is. According to the math I was doing, I should have gone from 2.95 to about 4.35 yesterday, yet I'm still at 3.0 after about 35 missions. Obviously, I either have the wrong formula or it's broken. I'm leaning toward me being wrong as I'm sure we'd have heard about it if faction gains were busted.

    /me goes back to googling...

You've hit the point where you stop really getting rep for L2 missions. You need to move on to L3 to really see any good rep gains. The basic rule of thumb is once a higher level agent will talk to you, it's time to talk to them and do missions for them. You should be doing L4 at rep of 5 to 6ish. I don't know about L5 since the highest I've done is L4 with a rep of 8.07 after skills.

See, that's what I can't confirm: that agents soft-cap how much rep you gain from them. I can see up to L2 Q15 right now, which I just moved to last night, so we'll see how that goes for a bit. If it goes like the transition from L1 to L2, I'll see the L3 guys become available about the same time as L2 Q18-20 guys.

[edit] I'm still only T1 capable at the moment, so I'm limited on what I can fit and use on my drake.
