I looked around briefly but didn't notice any threads on this on the main boards.

What does the sliding scale on reputation look like? I've been running L2 Q5-11 agent missions this weekend and I noticed that I hit some sort of glass ceiling at about 2.95 with my L2 agent. Things were going up quickly (0.05 per mission or so) and then I just sat at 2.95 for like 10 missions before hitting 3.0. It's still moving s.l.o.w.l.y. for some reason. Is this normal? I have Social 4/connections 2.
