WoW 4.0.6 PTR - LOTS of changes

This will hurt for ele/enhance - purge is op for resto and enhance(endless mana)

resto has endless mana? I dont think so

the bloodlust change is not bad, most high rated teams reset the fight when I pop bloodlust or I'm getting ccd and mass dispel'd
in most cases I dont have enough time to purge bl from the enemy team so I dont see any big shaman team nerf here, but that change should make any dk or ret combo more powerful (oh yeah and tsg is gonna be insane in 3v3 now)

I'm happy about the dk/feral/warrior/smokebomb and drain mana nerf but I'm missing the icelance/frostnova nerf
