    Default How does everyone manage their items/drops etc

    After walking away from SM grinding with 5 characters with full bags I'm wondering how everyone deals with all this loot, especially cloth. Do people bother using an addon to work out what to disenchant or simply vendor everything? Are you using your cloth to level tailoring/first aid or vendoring/auctioning it etc

    Also wondering how people without a mage in their team are handling water consumption. I had plans to do 5 druids and 5 shamans but after playing my mages it would be hard to go back from instant free water. I guess it is possible to use a mage main/alt to summon water for the other teams if you have one.
    2019 (40 - Priest/Mage/Mage/Mage/Mage) (16 - 5x Druid)
    2008 (60 - 2x Paladin 3x Mage) (64 - Moonkins) (70 - Shamans)

    My team that i ran was wmmmp the 3mages and priest I leveling up tailoring just for the mooncloth CD, (250 only need) 35 level U need a alot of silk cloth I mean alot so I would just make silk cloth bolt to save space, One toon was a disenchanter weapons were sold. such as good stats on armory we also sold. After 3 times on the AH i would either vendor them or de depending the price of the mats for de to the vendor price. U can also send the armory stuff to ur alts to use... I made me hearthstone at brill and I would hearth there send the mats to the alt for AH.

    For a plan to to make water for ur other teams it can be done and then just trade them the water

    I'm running 5 Enhancement Shamans, they don't need food at all. As for the loot, usually I go sell everything after about 5-6 runs (got 12 slots bags in all my toons).

    At first I traded grey/white items to other members of the team. Cloth to my tailor in group. Far as BOE green/blues I'll DE everything for Enchanting purposes. After that I'll hold it on the tank till ti fills up on greens. Then i'll hearth the tank back to IF and AH the stuff. Then summon myself back with lock in my party. Doing that in SM right now. Pretty nice procedure to be able to just hearth back and take care of a few things then summon back.

    For free water. Log in 4 out of 5 of your team. Then login account with mage. At the time I used a Mage table (BC expac) But you can just mass craft a bunch of water like your getting ready for a raid. Then trade it all to those 4 team members. Log out mage and log in that last druid on your team. Trade some of the water you gave your alts to that druid. All set! If they add mage tables. Just requires a regent and bam, table made! Each toon will just click the table a bunch of times. Think you get like 80 food/water per toon with the table, I know there is a limit on how much per toon can get from a table.

    Just added a nice Addon. EZjunk. It auto sells a bunch of grey and crap loot. Its nice to just target merchant with entire team and interact and poof... buncha coin and open bag slots. and Vendorprice so you see what to drop if you really need the space

    EMA Classic already does this, don't you use it? It's the N.1 addon for boxers.

    I auto-sell all greys and though I was at first DisEnchanting (DE) everything I am not using in my party (or when I replaced stuff I was using) I slowed down some on DEing and started selling the ones that seemed relatively valuable (typically weapons) and only disenchanting the ones that seems low vendor value (armor/etc). I did that in part because I started needing/wanting more gold but also because I had pretty much filled up the bank/inventory storage on the alts I dedicated to storing DE mats...

    While adventuring my main looter, who is also my skinner, has the best bags and when he gets full I pass:

    • -all herbs/dis-enchanting items to my herbalist/enchanter;
    • -all mining related stuff to my miner;
    • -all cloth,leather, etc to the other 2 characters;

    Eventually I start to get everyone full with vendor stuff and then head back to town as my main fills back up again.

    I also took 5 teams of 4Warlocks+Priest to the main city bank and just parked them there so that I can easily trade stuff that i wanted to keep and be able to easily leverage both their inventories & their bank slots...

    When I get full on pretty much everyone in my main part I then just head back town and vendor all greys and stuff I don't want to DE and then head to the bank... At the bank I then cycle through each main slot and generally store at least "1 slot down from each character" for anything I want to keep...

    For example my:

    • -herbalist/enchanter trades all herb/DE related stuff to the alts on the miner slot and I fill up their inventory and bank slots...
    • -I log back in the miner and store all mining/engineering related stuff to my skinner alts' bank/inventory..
    • -I log back in my skinner/looter and typically pass back all stuff that I want to keep from the remaining 2 slots to my main looter and then switch to alts on those 2 accounts and fill up their inventory/banks with any remaining items I want to keep for future groups (wands, armor/etc), potions, food/water, leather/skins, and a shit ton of cloth...

    I then disenchant/vendor anythign left after that process (goes pretty fast now as I don't have to think about it anymore as everything is just trade 1 slot(s) down...

    In the end I filled up all the alts on the last 2 accounts with mainly cloth and then started circling back on the other accounts filling them up those alts with cloth as well... As I upgraded the bags on my main team I passed the old bags to these storage alts but even with the extra space they eventually filled up again...

    At that point I took a break and maxed out first aid on all my main characters as far as I could and leveled up Tailoring further for better bags... As my bags start filling up again with Cloth I craft bolts to extend storage further...

    The above approach should help me when I focus on power leveling engineering on all my main characters, black-smithing on my healers, and tailoring/leather-crafting on my passive crafting alts.

    At 42, for the most part I do what nodoze does. I have a skinner/lw, a herber, an enchanter/tailor, a miner/blacksmith, and another tailor.

    For cloth, I make bags for me and friends, then I identify the most profitable vendorable item I can make (not counting the cloth cost) and just do that. I do not make stuff that requires special mats unless I need to skill up to bridge a gap. Tailors are both capped on silk and just making silk stuff to vendor until I get to dungeons with lots of mageweave so they can start really skilling up again.

    My leatherworker and blacksmith are behind due to a dearth of mats while leveling. Two tailors have been able to keep skills up with the available cloth for the area I'm leveling. Three would probably suffer a bit unless I was doing pure dungeon grind.
    Now playing: WoW (Garona)

    I use TSM and make groups for each kind of item i'm willing to store in bank and mail rules for send them to my bankalts.
    This addon is GREAT for boxer, since you can link accounts.

    I have a bank alt for each kind of object, actually i made them lvl 20 warlock so it can summon my team across the map too.
    I use itemrack to have multiples build presets
    And with Ark inventory i made categorie for everything, and you can make categorie for your tsm group and itemrack.
