Both druids and paladins can already dispel poisons (blind) which is really the only advantage stoneform gives you in PvP. The armor bonus is fairly negligible.

For the warriors either human for the weapon skill or gnome for escape artist. Personally I've never been a huge fan of escape artist. You can remove one slow but most classes with slows can just immediately reapply a slow. Frost mages and hunters, the two classes that will attempt to kite you most frequently, both either have 0 cooldown snares or multiple abilities that snare. Removing one just doesn't do much for you. That's why freedom is so OP.

I'll be going human purely for the bonus weapon skill. The value of weapon skill in classic can't be overstated. Humans basically get a free pair of Edgemaster's Handguards that are BiS through most of classic.
