My assumption was that you wanted an all caster group option and the druid could tank in pve and then cast in pvp and in the process double buff the 4 shamen casters with motw and 3% crit.

Correct me if I am wrong but the Feral Tank Leader of the Pack does not apply to spell crit. Unless you mean balance druid for pvp.

Yes I meant MoonKin form to boost your 4 Shamen (and the MoonKin) for max damage in PVP.

Since we can't dual-spec and changing specs frequently can get expensive you should be able to run something like the following spec to be both an effective PVP caster (boosting all the casters in your group including the Druid) and still be a decent PVE bear tank (with a swap of gear):

Normally I would place a high value on getting 21 in Restoration on a Druid but I figured you would be running all 4 Shaman in Ele/Resto specs with maybe one more heavy in Resto to be the main healer (making the rest of the party off healers). Maybe something like this for at least 3 of the Shaman:
