I agree with MadMilitia and also that would give you a more subtle way to learn without costing the raid any wipes.

Whenever I dual box I get no rage anywhere. Nobody notices because it's natural and appears to be two people playing. So my advice would be take one melee and one ranged at a time. Two ranged isn't bad. That basically means running LFR three times.

A little story: Back in MOP my war + shm + bm * 3 crew sat at the top of the healing and DPS meters for the first leg of SoO LFR. Up to pride. This pissed a lot off. They complained in raid chat and even though some in the raid told them to zip it they kept going. So the raid vote kicked to shut these people up. Even though we were winning half my team got vote kicked. I think that was the last time I ran LFR on more than two characters.
The more I look at it, the more I think I should drop down to 3 boxing. Easier to manage, less noticeable in LFR, and overall seems like less of a hassle.

Swap out the other two accounts, as needed to keep the gear up. And when I have an itch to play mythics I still have a balanced team.

    That is very valid advice.

    That is very valid advice.

I bounce between 5 and 2 a lot. 2 is very comfy. 3 is a bit more to manage because of the need to split roles on encounters a lot. With 2 different roles 2 boxing, everything is manageable. Melee moves on a different modifier than your main does. WASD for main, ALT WASD for the 2nd. Or updownleftright if lefty.

Once you have two melee or two ranged it gets a lot hairier. Cleave bosses would always be tough with two melee (tank + melee) and ranged mechanics requiring heavy movement are rough on two ranged.

The game is wide open at 2. You can do scenarios, raids, PvP, etc. You can ride in the best passenger mounts too. Again very comfy.

My justification for 5 boxing is usually that I can and that running dungeons is very fun. It's different. Not easy by any means and should be taken as an added challenge. Sometimes it borders on the absurd and that compels me back to dual boxing.
