I am not up to date on Ashran, can you get conquest from it?(just answered my own question)
There will be ways to get conquest in Ashran but no way to increase your cap.

Edit: It seems to be a great way to gear up at least and some of the ashran only rewards are out of this world. Some of these would seem to really mess with a mutiboxers ability to play. For the boxers who enjoyed AV, this is a win-win. A massive constant never ending battle.
