Looking at that faction it seems the rewards are rings and belts. I really think they should have added a full set of gear at ilvl 496. This would still provide a decent gap between raiders and folk doing heroics.

But it forces the people that would rather just do LFR back into doing dailies. Which is hopefully something they've realized was a nasty brutal mistake in 5.0.

I am not sure I understand how this will force LFR back into dailies? Did they not have to do the dailies in 5.1 to get rep for gear or are you simply referencing that the slot items from the factions above are only available from rep grind with those factions.
Can you clarify??
