So I got to the Jade Temple, is everyone referring to the Water Fiends? Or is there other mobs that people are killing? In the room "Fountain of Everseeing"

yes, thats the room. Bunch of water elementals, a lower section and upper section where the quest NPC is. This is the room of the first boss in the dungon version.

It doesn't seem like a LOT of mobs at first, but just start killing them. they will start to spawn super fast. It's amazing.

I think this may be server dependent, the spawn rate did increase a little but with my level 88 team at the time, they did end up with nothing to kill a lot of the time.

I have spent alot of time(maybe 15-20 hrs) grinding here with 3 teams. At any lvl, if you have a point where there is nothing to kill.......then your xp has got to be through the roof.

Do you intend to grind all teams to 90 or are you already 90?

Currently have 2 teams at 90. One team around 87. And since I have raf active, about 4 other teams at 80 and 2 others around 40.
Easiest thing for me is let rested accumliate once I get a team to this grind quest. While nonrested xp here is still faster than questing, it is very boring and would rather get another team up and let rested accumliate.
But I do plan on hitting this area with every team.

just to make sure (since I'm there), it's the little water elementals that are not aggressive? non-elites that give you about 2500 exp each (non-rested)?

Just saying here how happy I am to have been shown this!

Regarding the SI:7 vehicle quests, I have a few notes that might help you get through the zone quicker.

1: Rell. Somewhat multiboxable. Run each box down to amber separately and then turn on full repeat and use tab to target, 1, 2, 3 as normal. Things should die at approximately the same time across all boxes

2: Sully: Multiboxable No, although with the RP at the beginning you might want to start the next person while you are still finishing up the box before. I'll repeat here my wowhead comment: Each time you exit vehicle and return using the quest giver you will return to the base camp. You will not lose progress on the objectives. Therefore it is fastest to head west as soon as you can move, get the close shrine and the far west one, wait until they register and then leave, bounce back in and head north, then leave and you'll be back just in time to have amber kill the hozen.Sorry about this font.

    3. Lu. Multiboxable, No, although I did mine at the same time, once again lots of RP time so you save some seconds by doing two or three at once.

    4. Amber: No tips for this one, except I did try to start two boxes at the same time because the ramp up time at the start is considerable.
