I haven't bought one yet, but someone suggested this for a different cursor problem.
If you have this problem with the G600, the following has worked for a lot of people (myself included): Install Logitech Gaming Software latest version (8.30.86 as of this writing). After installation, run LGS and go to Home. Change the G600 On-board Memory to using profiles on the computer instead, the slider should be moved to the right. Once that is done, go to Customize pointer settings and uncheck Acceleration (Enhance Pointer Precision). That's it! That worked for me and a lot others
