I've had a look at your most recently posted config but it has none of the "like a pro" stuff in it. I'm happy to help out if you are having difficulties getting this set up but will need you to be a little more specific about what is not working to help me do that.

/reload is way better than /reloadui it seems.

When I apply changes to inner space alot of times they won't take effect unless I exit client and reload clients.
Just remember what ol' Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol' storm right square in the eye and he says, "Give me your best shot, pal. I can take it"

There is no /reloadui command. It's /reload or /console reloadui and they both do the exact same thing.

If you are adding macros, you will need to exit the client. If you are only modifying an existing macro then /reload should do the trick. This is the way wow add-ons work, not an ISBoxer thing.

If you are just changing key maps, reloading from the ISBoxer program should bring everything up to date.

This is incorrect. Any changes made through ISBoxer, new macros or not, can be successfully loaded via refreshing the user interface using either /reload or /console reoloadui.

I didn't know that you had to exit the client to create new macros. I think I'm finally getting over the hump. thanks for all the free fish guys i couldn't be more grateful.

Really? I have never had good luck getting new macros (in the game helper section) to stick. I'll give it another try though.

Sorry for the misinformation, and thanks for correcting me.
