Wondering why shammies DPS is so damn low

With all the hints, tips and corrections posted above, I've been able to down more heroics.
Only grim batol last boss and deadmines (haven;t tried yet) are to be downed.
Zul Gurub i'm pulling between 18k and 22k, only last boss left to be killed.
The big guys in FL are going down most of the time too when I 5box it.
My trust in ele shamans has returned.
