If you do not take 3/3 elemental precision you lose 1% dps as well right? I think 2/3 out of the healing talent would be better sacrifice.

You won't hear me say that elemental precision is useless, as a matter of fact once your team (and most notably healer) is geared enough there is little reason to leave a dps talent out. But if a healer is having mana issues 5% increased healing taken per point is really worth it. Defo when you put down healing rain and multiple healing totems. And ele precision only affects earth shock, chain lightning & lightning bolt, not flame shock, fire nova and lava burst (so only nature and frost spells). It's a trade off based on how comfortable you are with the healing.
This is my raiding spec btw, but as long as you don't have 4 pieces of T12 glyph of lightning bolt wins it (though slightly) over lava burst. Once you have 4p, lava burst glyph gains on LB glyph. Strongest glyph is flame shock. If you never move with your shamans, then obviously glyph of unleashed lightning is not needed. The only mandatory main glyph is lightning shield. Stoneclaw is a nice cd, and chain lightning is obviously only good vs pack of 5, if lower amount of adds, it's a dps loss. But I can imagine that you don't swap out glyphs all the time when doing just heroics. As for minor glyph, in T11 I usually had thunderstorm glyphed so it did no cause knock backs, but still did ok aoe damage + mana regen. In firelands there are a couple of fights i need a knock back like ragnaros adds, so I don't glyph it, it's a personal choice and there is no right/wrong.
