sticky focus is where even if you move the mouse from window to window the focus stays on the original window; until typically you click or otherwise decide to change it (in this case some hotkey could be how to trigger change of focus - but again I think the default of moving focus with mouse movement is the best for wow)

Sounds like your "sticky mouse" is just Windows's default behavior, what you're calling the default is Windows's behavior with Active Window Tracking turned on. Am I misunderstanding?

Active Window Tracking (also called X-Mouse or Focus Follows Mouse) is built into Windows as an option but the operating system doesn't provide a way to toggle it, so I can add that to Mojo.

    HotkeyNet has that already.

But UnixMan said, "I love it that the machine with the focus gets the keyboard. If it can be made an option, even better! " and that has to do with a machine, not windows, so I think he may have been talking about something else.
