Default Build me an awesome Multibox Rig

Everything except the HD which Im thinking about taking from my old rig and putting in the new machine... That will work right? I really dont want to have to reinstall all of my stuff again (lazy i know) So tell me what I need

    Everything Top to bottom
Also what OS Vista 64 or 7 64?? and why.....

Im sick and tired of low FPS while duel boxing and while boxing on 2 pcs is fine I really like the idea of being able to alt tab to the next character as needed.

So please post here and build me an awesome rig.. and if you could also put why you think something is better than something else... IE Nvidia over radeon ect or visa versa....

Win7 because it takes less ressources then Vista -> more Ram for other Applications

I just bought a new System and wait 4 shipping right now:

    CPU:
    Intel Core i7 920 2.67GHz 4800MT/s S1366 8MB 130W D0 Stepping
( Socket1366 CPU, makes you able to upgrade later to i9 or something. can be overclocked to ~4Ghz )

    Mainboard:
    ASUS P6T SE X58 S1366 ATX
( fair price and everything needed )

    RAM:
    3x2048MB Kit G.Skill PC3-12800 1600MHz CL9
( 6GB for the start, can still be upgraded to 12GB )

    Power Supply:
be quiet! Straight Power 680W ATX 2.3
    ( enough power )

    Grafics:
    1024MB PowerColor Radeon HD4890 PCS+ OC GDDR5 PCIe
( overclocked HD4890 with bigger fan, best cost/performance ratio )

    HDD:
    2x 500GB Samsung HD502HJ F3 16MB 7200 U/min SATA
( will use this two in Raid 0 )

Im also thinking about buying a SSD Hard-Drive for more speed, but i will wait with this until they get cheaper...

I reinstall windows every 6 months.... always better to have a clean install, windows just craps all over itself and gets broke.

Technically you can keep an install of Windows through pretty much anything. Practically, if you change the motherboard chipset, you should do a clean install, and if you don't have the technical expertise to make the judgment for yourself then you should do a clean install. And upgrade installs of Windows suck, to varying degrees depending on the versions involved.

I'd just download all the drivers you'll need.
Things like the firefox executable, winzip executable etc.

So even with the fresh install, you have a folder somewhere (maybe on a zip drive or whatever), that has all the stuff you'd typically download and install after a fresh OS install.

Saves you a bit of time.

I'd pretty much format before any OS install.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

Iv got the same win2000 on my main computer that Iv had for 8 years now lol .... but its time for a clean install to win7 64 bit. I think I must have the record for largest registry by now.

Oh well .... I hate having to reinstall all my programs.
