Thanks for sharing your progress with us.

How are you handling your healing? I've been using a heal key for each party member as well as a self heal and focustarget heal. My keybind real estate is pretty scarce but i cant think of another way to handle it.

You seem to do better in the matches where you or your opponent closes immediately.
As opposed to the ones where you have distance for a while.

Maybe suddenly being on them is a decent strategy.

I haven't taken any of my games so far very seriously. I know that's not the best attitude but I didn't realistically expect to rocket to 1800 with half blues and 400 resilience. Now that I'm at ~650 res and almost full purples I'm going to be doing a *lot* more games. With the experience I've had so far, as Ualaa pointed out, I think the basic strat is this:

Charge immediately once you've got a target. Zerg them down. Hungering Cold on the DK and if they trinket immediately Repentance splash on arenatarget1-4. Rinse/repeat, using Deathgrip to pull in runners.

    So, I need:

    1. Gladius
    2. Better cleanse/HoF macros
    3. Some skill

The more I play the Rets in BG's and Arenas I feel that Rogues are going to be the new thing. Insta gib on a target? 2 global kills against 1100 res and 30k hp? MS+Snare+Mind Numbing? Splash Blind on arenatarget1-4?

We will soon see. Had a priest healer on me last night in WSG, I just solo'd the enemy horde team over and over with maybe 1-2 other people helping. Rest ran flag 2x in 4 mins and we farmed kills for 20 mins. Rogues are extremely fun in BGs if nothing else.

    5. I need a new weapon. Thank god for 266dps free 2h'er in patch 3.3.
What is this one that people talk about? Shadowmourne?

Mind explaining macro`s and how you do this with repentance?

I`m thinking of leveling me a team of rogues. 1dk and 4pallies din`t ammuse me to much and 5 rets are terrible it seems, a good mage + shaman can kite you forver. Even some good mages alone can.

What do you suggest then? 4 or 5 rogues? Don`t think 5 rogues in arena can pull it off alone. Maybe a druid healer will be needed?

    On topic:
I like the movie, nice pvp action hehe. I noticed that you get a lot of undergeared guys as well. I end up fighting relentless teams with 30k+hp. My 5 rets cannot take down a full relentless disp priest lol. Tho I`m still heirbloom weapons and shit gear.

I hate to want to crash the thread, but i would ask if you have real questions about the setup we should be taking this stuff to pm's. Or maybe a different area we could signup for so our weakness arent on blast to the world.

Quel'Delar. It's a quested 2h sword from the new 5 man instances coming in 3.3. It's cake to get--A few hours tops.

Since Blizzard added arena unit frames they're now valid targets for [target=] stuff. So, each guy has a macro:
    /cast [target=arenatarget1] Repentance
This goes sequentially up so you get 4 guys. Sure, it's not always going to be in range or facing but even if you only get two off...

I'm with you. Once you get some gear though you'll see a *huge* difference in your output. I promise

I'm with you in the sense that I don't want to share with people my strats on how to beat me but I don't feel like there's an effective way to prevent that other than just not communicating I think this is a great place to get innovation. I'd say boxers in general are pretty innovative In any case, I'll be happy to answer any specific questions via PM myself.
