Im going to do 3 new 5 mans, and than probably quit boxing until cata. Whats the point of gearing for just leveling? There will be nothing else to use all this gear for after 3.3.
Also that gear will not help at all in cata(coming from someone who had 4x tier 6 and one best in slot sunwell geared toons when wotlk released that i replaced it all in 2 weeks after it came out.)

There will only be 5 more levels in Cata. I have a feeling that T10ish gear will be good until T11 ( unless they over inflate the lvl 81+ greens and blue stats )

Also, after i gear my main team up, I want to raid on one of my guys and see LK die!

Some of us enjoy trying different setups in the dungeons, seeing how far we can go with all DPS, or other crazy things. If you are multiboxing just to have gear to level up in the next expansion, what is the point of playing the game at all?

I for one plan to gear my 5 toons out so I can do 10mans with friends / Fursphere (he is my 5 best friends XD)

Also, it's cheaper to play Wow than do smack.. think about it!!

EDIT: Oh and i forgot, its fun boxing 25mans and seeing how long you can get away with it without anyone noticing XD My new 5man pvE team has all different names and should be extremely sneaky for those days when you just feel like rolling on any gear you want 2-5x XD thank the blizzard gods for Soulbound 2h trade benefits =)

Having a boomkin, holy priest, warlock and elemental shaman is going to ensure any caster gear is MINE!! lol Druids rolling on cloth? yes pls. Elemental rolling on leahter? yes pls. Shaman rolling on... dont be stupid, we all know theres no elemental gear out there.

    I think he's agreeing with me o.O
Having full t9 will not make it easier, it will be the same, everything dies in one shot even if I'm naked.
Somone else said that t10 gear will last till 85, sure it will, i will have full set on my shaman within 2 or 3 weeks of 3.3 release, but we are talking here about tier 9, which will be much more behind(even stats get all changed come cataclysm)

You'll always end up replacing your gear sooner or later. New gear might enable you to do stuff you haven't done before. Like 10-man instances, or 25-man instances with 1 or 2 other boxers. Basically the better your gear, the fewer people needed (except some encounters due to mechanics etc.). The point of gearing up is the same as it has always been - you don't need conquest gear to do HToC either, so whats the point of getting it? Hopefully it's because you have fun playing the game :-)

In any event, there's always PvP - plenty of challenge for you there, no worries ;-)
