Im on the PTR as we speak, and u can glyph it down to 3 sec cd.

With the glyph its kinda awesome tbh, especialy if u get 4 of them. Only stuff that sux is that triggers gcd. Shouldnt do that imo, since its a totem (imo more like a pet that a chr ability).
But people are saying to bliz to make it off gcd. lets see what happens

There is still hopes that theyll remove the global cooldown, but nothing is sure. would indeed be awesome tho
