Sheesh, Jamba was never officially released by me to WoWMatrix. Leechers. At least if you downloaded it from my homepage you have a chance of seeing the 'in your face' donate button. Ofc, now I plan to release Jamba as open source and on curse as well so all my crying is a bit moot . (Although if the curse client is going to be sub-optimal I might have seconds thoughts).

Whats more important, is that you found a way to get Jamba easily. More Jamba to the people. Mmmm, need more coffee.

I've symlinked my different wows including the interface folder.
So I download the add ons in to the main wow folder.
Just need to configure what addons you want on each character, but not a big deal.

Ack not curse! wowinterface ftw hehe. Hate going to that site it seems so unorganized to me. I have about 2 addons there (3 if you decide to put jamba on there) never stay current with those add ons though..

As for wowmatrix can't stand leechers.

Hmmm, I can probably put Jamba on WoW Interface as well. Will have a look and see if I can do that.

Edit: Anyway, we're supposed to be voting to get them to change the curse client!

this is what i did also. sometimes the client automatically adds one of my slaves for some reason, so i just go into the 'manage games' tab and delete the slaves. then update the main folder only. the client kept crashing when i'd install new addons when it had the slave's folders targeted also, so i just keep the main on there by itself.

If you select "Enabled: No, ignore the addons for this game" got all the copies of wow that are symlinked it works fine (it doesnt try updating all 10 copies of wow). So I have c:/wow/wow1 managed and the 9 others i had to select 'no ignore...' for them (once curse found them) Works perfectly fine for me, and the crashing was likely due to the multiple scans it was doing at the same time.

Curse Client has not worked for me since I went to Vista. I would gladly use something else if there was something that worked. WoWInterface is ok, that is where Tour Guide is hosted.
I also understand why Curse blocked WoWMatrix, Cost them hits which means money.
If there was a good client, people would fly away from Curse.
RAF Tour Guide files are obsolete, I went to Zygor

That sounds like teh suxxor. However, my slave wow's only have jamba installed, no other addons needed at this point, so it's not a big deal for me to manually install one addon to each of the slaves' folders.

Maybe I'll symlink the interface folder too though and just configure the toons on the slave accounts to only have jamba enabled...I have enough other bits of the wow folder symlinked just to fit 3 wow's on my 32gb SSD...
