Vyndree is absolutely right, be patient and don't blow mana unless you know there's a chance you'll kill someone.

The OP's frustration is also justified. Against really good teams that chain-LoS you, I lose quite often... Getting better, but I still lose a lot.

Wait for them to make the first mistake.
