Do what Ellay said and start some threats on arena team selling and how unfair it is for S3 geared players to be allowed to create 1500 rated new teams and steam roll new players. Get some epic QQ going on - it'll pull the attention away from the other threads.
I didn't think they could do this, I thought if the personal rating of a player was > the team rating it would matchmake off the personal rating?
