Early Outlands Gear for my Shamans? Guide? Pointers?

After reading Tehtsuo's post on My experience with 51-60 Alterac Valley I have decided to make a stop at 60 to grind AV for a while. I am currently 3/4 through 59 and have not yet been to outlands as I had planed to head out there as soon as I hit 60. I instanced quested all of BRD which is a great way to go from 56-59.

Now that I have decided to stop at 60 for AV I want to make a quick targeted trip to outlands to pick up the quest gear that will make my shamans more powerful. Obviously I can buy greens from the AH to pad out and help, but I know there is some good gear as soon as you get to HFP and I was hoping that someone knew of a guide to this gear so I could head out there pick it up without wasting time and XP that may push me over lvl 60.

I have looked at quests listed on wowhead under Hellfire Peninsula and started to sift through. However before I spend any more time making this list I thought I would post here and ask if anyone else has already done this?

Thanks Stealthy, Exactly what I was looking for. I just need to find alliance equivelant for some of those quests.
