Generally speaking people recommend at most 1 rogue in a group assuming you drive from that rogue. Rogues are typically included in multibox groups only if you plan to main one (or if you want to try a stealth WPVP team).

The 3+2 is generally referenced toward 3Warriors+2Paladins as Paladins are the most survivable healers when focused in PVP... Note that this is likely the most viable melee WPVP setup but melee setups are not really optimal for WPVP... If your main goal is WPVP many people are thinking that optimal team compositions are either 5 shaman or 4 Warlocks+Priest or maybe Mages (with/without a healer).

My ultimate goal is to do lot of pvp, but I will need the gear from dungeons first so I must be able to clear them. I'd really like the 5 shamans team for Chainlighting ownage, but I won't do it if they are not able to clear dungeons on their own. What do you think? Being PVP the ultimate goal would you suggest me 4 warriors and 1 healer or 5 shamans? And if it's doable with 5 shamans, what specs would you recommend?
