Turning many addons on and off

Is there an addon or app that would allow me to quickly swap a large amount of addons on and off? Basically I'd run with a very different addon setup for boxing vs not boxing.

Addon state is stored on AddOn.txt within each Character folder. You can save a copy for not boxing and another for boxing and rename them accordingly (you could even make a batch file to do it automatically).
If you use ISBoxer, you could add it to your Virtual files, or you could use some
