I didn't use any in-game macros.
I setup ISBoxer to round robin through 7 different abilities, so if it encounters one on cooldown, it doesn't stop anything. I just mash the button and it works great.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to determine a good DPS setup for my Elemental Shamans. Their DPS is usually below my prot pally tank.
