    I have 8 years old Bnet account. Can I RAF a second WoW account on this same Bnet axcpunt?

    yep, although keep in mind that there is a token purchase limit, so some people choose to try to be split across multiple bnets for that reason.

    I think that unless your going to pay for your games by tokens, use the same Bnet. If you want to pay for it by tokens, use multiple bnets.
