Typing with Keymaps OFF...

Heya

I am experiencing some strange stuff.
When I type in chat box with key-maps turned off, it normally would just work.
It does on my other team anyway.
However, i'm making a new team, and my keybind buttons I cannot use to type.

Did anyone encounter such thing?

I did make a new keymap for my new team's keybinds ... but I can't imagine this could be the problem when I turn off keymaps?
