A short time after I posted the original message suggesting to post in this forum when you have a new team ready for an invite, we discovered that logging in randomly to look for the new person is like playing phone tag. 
The newer suggestion is to come into the chat (IRC) as it is much easier to say "hey I am online now and ready for an invite"! http://www.dual-boxing.com/chat
