What's the new RAF powerleveling method?

If you are going to buy warlords it comes with a free lvl 90 boost for each account, or have you used this?

I just caved in and am on raf to 60 then will use my boost up to get the proffs boosted too.

I'm still thinking what team comp should I use it too. I'm planning to have 2 teams to maximize the crafting of BOE gears. So having lvl 100 powerleveling lvl 1 is not advisable anymore?
