help configuring initial setup

I am having a very hard time getting this to work. I am using three hunters. I followed an 18 minute video of this guy explaining the initial setup. I followed that and ot partially works. My third hunter breaks follow the instant I move. Also, how do I move the action bar? What's the easiest way to configure all the addons so they're the same on each screen.

I got it to work. I am using Jamba and the quest tracker is right in the middle of my screen? How do I move it?

I am playing Hunters. How do I get my slaves to attack with their normal attack (white damage)?
