Alas, no. I am from New Zealand and that is easily verified by checking my IP and I am fairly sure Blizzard GMs all work onsite. Although, I could be wrong, never really looked into the requirements to be a GM much.
Requirement 1) Be able to handle a work queue backed up in excess of 4+ hours of people not being nice to other people
Requirement 2) Show up for work on day 2.
