I've been spoken to by GMs about.. 4 times now.
If you are doing quests, instances? People don't really report you when they say they are. All talk as someone mentioned.

You go into BGs (below the 70 bracket) and just dominate? oh yeah, you get reported then. Gms will take a peek. ^^
So, in my experience.. if you want a GM to convo you? Head over to the BGs for a few hours and just pewpew like crazy
