You do not need to use any in-game macros to get auto-assist working as it is built into ISBoxer for WoW. Focus, specifically, is much better used for other purposes (CC is one example).

By default the keys 1 through = have auto-assist included, see WoW Quick Start Guide. So, if you put lightning bolt in your first action bar slot on all your slaves, then when you press "1" all the slaves will assist the master and cast lightning bolt. If you wish to obtain auto-assist on other keys the easiest way is to use the ISBoxer Mapped Key Wizard and create an "Assist and Broadcast" Mapped Key in FTL DPS Keys.
