Even if you have reactivated your accounts, you can call billing for assistance.
One boxer had reactivated their accounts a week before the promotion went live, and were reimbursed for the cost of the expansions etc..



Essentially, take the Scroll of Resurrection.
Get your accounts upgraded to Cataclysm free (Classic + Burning Crusade + Wrath of the Lich King + Cataclysm).
Get a level 80 on each account for free as well.

Level those toons to 85 as a group.
Get the heirlooms for leveling subsequent teams...

You can RAF, but you don't really need to...
Unless you want a lot of combinations that you don't have now.
It isn't that painful to level 2-3 groups, if you haven't done the leveling process in a while.
The first set will be brand new, so still interesting.
If you take a different route or use different zones, the second set won't be that painful; especially if you don't do them immediately back-to-back.
You can also boost, the same as during RAF... that's monotonous, but if its the fastest experience when everything is 3x faster, it will also be the fastest experience at 1x speed (but with a smaller gap between it and other leveling options).
