    I can not find this folder either.. I'm getting crappy performance running 4.. My PC is overkill for this game, so I'm sure its not that.


    edit.. i figured this out ( i was "admin" not "user" ) This fix did not fix anything for me, my fix was found and posted in another thread >>> http://www.dual-boxing.com/threads/4...ound-a-FPS-Fix
