I'm having an issue with quests.

I upgraded my UI / Jamba, and the ability to abandon quests all at once seems to have disappeared. I can't seem to find the option to turn it back on and the screenshots in the jamba help seem to be completely different than these newer versions.

It appears there used to be options like "Mirror Master Accept" and "Mirror Master Abandon" but I can't seem to locate these options now.

Any help greatly appreciated as I'm about to head back to quest land =P

I kind of ignored it for a while until I started doing dailies again on one of my teams. Having to manually track and share quests was getting a pain. I still can't figure out why the "Share" prompts are not showing up when I go to my quest page.

Have you tried disabling your other addons to see what's blocking the Jamba Quest Bar?

Ive done a trial and error for a lag proglem im having. Its only with Jamba enabled. And the lag is only when my "slaves" (doesnt happen with master) recieve an item or delete an item, and it only happens if they are OUT of combat, if they are in combat and recieve/delete an item theres no lag. This is really weird and I cant figureout what the lag is coming from haha, is it one of the like 10 Jamba programs and I just need to disable one? If someone can help, itd be appreciated, Thx.!

I have a question about item use. So far, I can only "use" the item by pressing a key, after I keybind that said key to "Jamba item use 1, Jamba item use 2" etc. But truth be told, I'm actually running out of spaces on my keyboard to bind Jamba items. Is there a way to just use it by clicking on the Jamba item bar?

As in, when playing solo, I would sometimes drag an item to one of my empty action bar slots. Since that slot is not bound to any key, I'd have to click it in order to use the item. Would Jamba allow this such that if I click on the item bar then all the toons would use that item?

You should be able to left mouse click or right mouse click on items in the bar. If you want all toons to do the same you will need to turn on your mouse broadcasting to do so, or if using ISBoxer you can use repeater regions over the item bar.

I'm having this issue too, but slightly different. My Jamba quest bar does show up but using the abandon button doesn't do anything at all on any toon, not even the master. I use the Carbonite addon instead of questhelper so maybe that's interfering in some way. I didn't have time to experiment by turning off Carbonite to see if I could use the abandon button w/out it. Just wanted to post to let you know that it isn't an isolated incident. I'll try to experiment the next time I'm on, but it may be a few days, I have to work this weekend.

Item-use is enabled in Jamba, and I've been typing the slash command for showing the item panel but I'm getting nothing. All I can see is the crosshairs?

You're currently playing on a private server. There's a reason why add-ons get updated when WoW gets
updated -- because shit changes in the code. When you play on non-retail servers and ask specific
questions about add-ons people are going to give you answers that pertain to an up-to-date live, legit
server. When you use add-ons that are meant to work with 4.2 on a old server that isn't running 4.2,
things aren't expected to work.

I've been having some trouble getting the Jamba Quest Watcher to display.

I have the "Enable Team Quest Watcher" option checked and "Show Quest Watcher" checked, and it is not displaying. I am using Jamba version 0.8.


Everything else with Jamba appears to be working normally, and I've used it in the past. When I first made this team, I had disabled quest watching while I was cleaning up different UI elements. But, now that I have everything ready to go, and I go to turn the quest watcher on (as described above), it doesn't show up.

/jamba-quest-watcher show doesn't seem to help either.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling, and disabling all other addons with no success. Any help or suggestions about what I could do that would be helpful as trying to isolate this problem?


edit -- hm, well, I'm not sure what I did, but I picked up a new quest and the quest watcher appeared. So, not sure if that is working as intended or just a small bug?
