Some of the things you guys have had to wrestle with around here and the way you've dealt with them illustrate a point I've known about for my years in the PC industry. Namely, you cannot train someone to have a sense of ownership of the things for which they are responsible. You can occasionally force it out of someone through threat of being fired or whatever but considering that really doesn't apply here, it only reinforces the evidence that the community builders here are damned fine folks and a huge part of the reason this community is so awesome to be a part of.
We might not always agree but the level of professionalism and helpfulness combined with the spirit of the community makes us an all too infrequently found oasis of awesome in a simmering morass of mediocrity and childishness.
