Pretty much true, "best" is subjective both to your goals as well as your playstyle; I personally can't stand to play mages but I love my boomkins; all comes down to what you work best with and whether you want to lvl, do heroics, raid, normal/REAL pvp, or arenas aka glorified duels/FAKE pvp.
