okey guys thanks for the answers.

and let me say it clear. I WAS THINKING, not doing it. about the botting part.
and if it can be done in 5-7 days i am really up for it now it should take more then 3-4 weeks

    just say no to botting!

I level all my multibox groups (anything 2+) together from as early as possible (usually level 10 or sooner) just to get a feel for how they work together as a group. I will run quests then grind level appropriate instances as well if needed... staying away from collection quests with low drop rates when possible.

Since hitting outland i have been instance farming up till honored rep then running quests - started ramparts at 60 without any outside help; and its going very well - decent gear from instancing and nice reputation from starting quests rep at honored. so far its taking me a bit longer than straight questing (sitting at 10 days played on my pal/sham group at level 63) but I can clear furnace/ramparts/slavepens so far and the practice that some of the boss fights will give you is wonderful. example: nazan took me a good long while to beat, but i got him down at level 61 without pots/higher level help after a couple hours or so of refining my multi-toon movement.

my 2cents: level your toons together as a group if you want to play them as a group cohesively at 70... the overall experience at 70 will be much better if you know the ins and outs of your group from leveling them up together.

Now, if you are leveling a single toon to fit into an existing pod... thats a bit different and I tend to go with instance boosting instead.

Default RE: anyone who really level theyr characters with multi boxing?
do you really level your characters with multi-boxing?
Yes. The alternative would be...? Not leveling our characters with multi-boxing? Single-leveling our characters? It is far less efficient to solo-level than it is to level all of the characters at the same time. Yes, it takes a long time. No, there is no faster alternative that will not get you banned.
if you do how long time does it take?
Search box, upper right corner. Type in "/played". Press the green arrow button.
if you do how do you level? quest or farm?
See above searchbox example
i really think its HARD to level by 3 mages farming and 1 healing. (i got 5 accounts now)

i got to level 16-17 before i gave up .
If you think it's hard to level this way, and you are not enjoying this style of gameplay, then perhaps multiboxing is not the right hobby for you. It only gets harder as you get to outlands. Multiboxing is not an ezmode hobby that everyone will enjoy.
i tought of maybe bot all the mages up and then i got a 70 druid on my main account i coud multi-box with?
what do you think about this?
Botting is against the terms of use and will get you banned (A -> B).
Discussion of things that are against the terms of use is against the rules of this forum (B -> C).

Therefore, (A -> C) discussion of botting is against the rules of this forum.

    Hypothetical Syllogism.

So, I will not discuss this and neither should you.

These threads created by people who don't even try and are asking really bizzaro/inane questions are getting old. Perhaps we should just ignore them and let them roll off.

Crap, now I've contributed to the problem.

Seriously, what was the poster expecting?? "No, shhh, don't tell anyone but we enter cheat codes and POOF!!! all our characters are L70 and PvP just like that guy with the cool videos".
    Cranky old-timer.

My characters have not long dinged 40, and they are about 4-5 days played.

I do instances 95% of the time.. multiple runs to get lots of blues for my crew - i enjoy strutting around in blues and making good use of them.

I leveled my Druid + 4x Shaman from scratch to 60 by doing Instance Quests, Kill quests, escort quests and Guaranteed Drop Collection quests.

I did not spend any more time in an instance except what was required to finish all related quests, except SM Cath I ran a few times for fun and ease.

I lvled Tailoring on my Shaman to 200 and Enchanting on my main to 270.

They are all 60 now, with 8 days played. I can't even describe how much more fun it was then playing 1 char and doing the usual grind. I quit WoW before multiboxing due to boredom.
