Is it normal for levels to take 4 hours questing with only 3 chars?

In my opinion you are at the shitty part of levelling, the higher 40s. Expect the same crap in the higher 50s . Go do some searing gorge or some ST. Should help a lot since you can catch up a bit to the next set of quests.
