I don't mind in gearing up my main first. He is their leader so its cool if he looks different then the other 3. But I will not put the gear on the other 3 without them all having it.
Ya, gearing up the main of the group doesn't bother me TOO much...I like to sometimes make their skin colour a little different also but generally having the /follow'ers look different drives me nuts.
