Default Focus Follow Mouse and Loot Settings

My setup is the following. I use ISBoxer and Jamba for my boxing needs. ISBoxer is setup to use focus follow mouse. So when I mouse over to other instances I dont have to click twice to get its attention. This also means that when I click it won't change to my main window. So no hot swapping madness. For swapping I use my F-keys.

One annoyance with this setup is that when I do click on an altscreen my first mouse click gets cought in the right position, but after that it will bring the cursor to the center of that client. I would like it to stay where it is and continue to function normal. Anyone know what is going on? I don't believe it was in older versions of ISBoxer. At least I have never noticed this and have had this annoyance with synergy and its macros way back so I would have noticed. My question for this would be, what can I do to tweak this behaviour? Ask Lax? Or is it something in the settings I have missed?

And another one is that when I move my mouse to another client, focus changes, and jamba master is set to the character where my mouse is residing. This results in failing to keep my loot settings. In Jamba I have the master set on group loot / ML with a treshhold. And in case of ML my master and slaves all have pass on loot. What happens is when I move my mouse to another character this char gets set Master. And when I move back to my main it gets master. But with this change it will cancel the Pass on loot. And lets me know, blap is now eligible for loot. My question, anyone know an easy way to set this up so it will keep the settings I gave it? Should I stop letting Jamba set this up? Even if I dont use the jamba settings available it still cancels my pass all loot on main.

Any ideas on what might be a solution for either problem are welcome.

The cursor centering in the other wow windows is new (broken recently) and I noticed it in the past, but I didn't notice it today and IS got an update this morning so maybe its fixed.

There is an option somewhere (sorry, cba looking it up) to turn off "switch master on focus" that you are experiencing. I had the same problem and managed to turn it off; check to make sure ISBoxer isn't sending a command / keypress when you switch windows. Make sure something like "Only when I press hotkey" on window switch is checked as well. Just done this typing all from memory, but if you have a good look in ISBoxer's options you should be able to sort it.

I have that only when I press hotkey on. So no extra things happening so your solution should be my fix .

Thanks for the quick response and Jamba
