All i can think with this talent is to; run around like crazy and dot every mob or player(if pvp) around you with moonfire and maybe with IS also for your taste, taking advantage of the starsurge procs...

With this type of rotation the talent may give some amount of extra dps and a good mana efficiency. That may be a very good and viable way of solo pve or pvp but thinking through a multiboxer perspective it should be insanely hard if not impossible to setup such a rotation. I considered this and decided it will not worth the effort...

Therefore i respecced, allocating the 4 points somewhere else and got rid of the problem forever.
