I forget if it was this site or the other one, but someone very recently posted doing the Icecrown 5-man heroics, post 4.0.1 with a hunter team. I believe it was four BM Hunters, with Bear pets, plus a Priest healer.

Not saying they'll be able to do Cataclysm dungeons, but with the current changes in game, heroics are doable currently.
