If you have toons on the jamba team that aren't logged on, jamba continunes to try and communicate with them over and over.. never gets the idea that they're offline. They'll appear in the team-list if it's configured to show for the toon that has these extra chars on the team list.
This was an intentional change in 0.7. /jamba -> advanced -> core: communications -> uncheck "assume team members always online" to revert to normal.
