Thanks so much. This sounds great. Trading and inventory management is one of the things that makes boxing so tedious.
Just remember what ol' Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol' storm right square in the eye and he says, "Give me your best shot, pal. I can take it"

I've added two new slash commands based on your requests. Both these commands require the trade window to be open.

    /jamba-trade loadname <item-name>,<amount>

This will split the item into a stack of the required amount and then load that stack into the trade window.

Edit2: Don't forget you can shift click an item to put it into the chat edit box. So typing "/jamba trade loadname " <shift click an item in your bags> ", 5" works.

/jamba-trade loadname Raw Rainbow Fin Albacore, 5

    /jamba-trade loadtype <class>,<subclass>

This will load as many items of the request type that can be found into the trade window.

    /jamba-trade loadtype Trade Goods, Meat

Example that works (but badly as the key needs to be spammed a few times because we have to wait for the trade window to load).

    /run InitiateTrade("Jaaria")
    /jamba-trade loadtype Trade Goods, Meat
    /run AcceptTrade()

Edit: You'll need to action these on the actual toon, the commands don't have tag parameters, so they won't work across the addon channel.

/e thanks jafula for yet another amazing addition to the addon!

love the music choice lol! VERY EPIC omg i cant wait to use it!

one other thing i might like to see, my lead toon does all the purchasing, and auto even split addition so that i can evenly disperse stuff, ie i buy 20 gems, i want to split them in stacks of 4 auto and then open trade in sequence easier than having to actually target open target open target open... get it? =)
Hehe, thanks, I like the music too, thought I should have some sort of noise, a silent video is just weird.

To help you along the way, I added the slash command loadname (see post above). Don't forget you can shift click an item to put it into the chat edit box.

Later on, I would like to add a gui, where you can drag an item, set an amount and then spam click a button and the thing will cycle through your team trading the amount of that item to each toon. Obviously you'll need to accept trade on the other toons, but it should make trading water / gems easier (assuming I actually write the thing).

I knew I had seen the alt inventory thing before.

I remember using (your?) trust addons a while back before Jamba was released. I also remember someone had written a macro addon to allow you to edit all the slave macros from the leader.

Not mine. :-) I used the idea of the trust library for Jamba and I used the macro addon for a bit as well. Basically lots of good ideas floating around two years ago, but no one to pick them up and run with them (well I did a few obviously, just playing catch up now).

    Default Old Dog, New Tricks

I am brand new to multiboxing (first post here!) It has been about a week of setting up ISBoxer, Jamba...messing things up...trying again...coming back here or to a Youtube video to figure something out. I just had to send out a general thank you to the awesome people behind Jamba, Isboxer, this site, etc. So many people spend SO much time trying to help others. Very cool.

Anyway, I hope to become a more active member of this site...if I can actually pick a team and, you know, start multiboxing. I have multiple level 72's to 75's, but, I wanted to start fresh. My instance experience is limited and it has been a year since I played.

So, here I am, an old dog chasing his tail. I have read alot. But, I still am not sure how to start. I know I will probably change my mind on group compositions several times, etc. I am leaning towards 3 Shammys, 1 Prot Pally and 1 Priest...but I see so many other possible permutations...and I keep changing my mind. I am making myself dizzy!

So, throw this dog a bone. For the easiest way to have success at handling 5 man instances through Wrath...starting from scratch...with not a lot of experience running instances...but a desire to learn so that I can really contribute in Cata...is there a group composition that lends itself to ease of use, even if it gives up some optimal dps, etc? I have no desire for PVP (might do it on a lark).

Anyway, thanks again to those who run this site and contribute.
