I was initially successful in ICC just having two healing buttons - one hard-wired to heal my tank, one hard-wired to AOE heal, focused on self.

However, now I use ISBoxer and repeater regions to heal specific toons when their health gets low. Much better solution that has allowed me to do things I couldn't otherwise do.

How are you doing this? i use ISboxer with repeater regions but can only make one region/wow client. Can i make a region for say wow 4,7,9?

The only regions i can choose from is regoin 1 to 10 or all. It would make things easyer to choose more then one wow instans per region

most of us have one region for a party of 5 and fit it to however your healing mod is set on the screen. Some are long bars and others are tall bars. If you have less people in your party the 5 spot still covers them.
Raiding and BGs would use different sizes.

I have been using ISBoxer for a year and I JUST learned about Action Target Groups. They are your friend . . . Basically you make an ATG called Healers (or whatever) then drag toons from your character list into the group. When you open up your regions to select which toons will have a repeater region and scroll down to your Healers ATG. Everyone in the group gets the region! I have all of my healers in one group, generally.
