    Default New jamba problem

My normal slave to master forwarding is working fine....

but whenever the master whispers the slave (as I do for several macros, I like to see both toons have something in the chat box to confirm to me that things are firing off as they should).... the slave forwards THOSE messages to whoever isn't the master that has recently whispered her...

this has earned me a couple of ignores and certainly some irritation... Anyone have any ideas?

This is by design. This is so you can chat with someone from your main via your slave.

You can't turn that particular part of the whisper forwarding. You can turn off all the whisper relay functionality.

Do you use the whisper relay functions? What sort of on/off functionality do you want?

Yeah, I like having stuff forwarded to me, I'll have to figure out how to work around it. Probably just have a friend whisper her and put her on ignore.

    Maybe this will help you:

With the whisper system you can direct (from your master) your slave toon to whisper someone using the @toonname segment.

So, for your macros, where you whisper from the master to the slaves, you can change those to direct the redirect whisper back to the master and not to the last person the slave whispered.

I assume in your macro, you currently have:

    /w Slave_Name My message here

    If you change it to:

    /w Slave_Name @Master_Name My message here

Then your slave will whisper the message back to your master, rather than bothering someone else.

Make sure that the @Slave_Name is the first part of your message and there is no whitespace in front of the @.

If you try this, please let me know if it works for you and solves your problem.
